Mr. Hutchins of Penobscot has leave of absence from and after Monday next during the remainder of the session.

Resolve in favour of certain officers and soldiers of the revolutionary war and the widows of deceased officers and soldiers was read once and 400 copies thereof with accompanying Report Ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature and tomorrow at 3 o'clock P.M. assigned for a further consideration.
