Mr. Groton from the Committee on the Judiciary to which was referred the message of the Governor with the accompanying documents, relative to the ceding jurisdiction to the United States, over the Arsenal at Augusta, reported a Bill which report was read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill ceding to the U. States jurisdiction over the arsenal at Augusta, Bill regulating tolls on Stillwater Canal, and also for extending the time of completing the same, Bill to incorporate the Bucksport and Calais Stage Company, Bill to incorporate the Portland Hotel, Bill to annex a part of the town of York to South Berwick, Bill to incorporate the Androscoggin Bank, Bill to increase the Capital Stock of the Manufacturer's and Trader's Bank, severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
