Resolve granting aid for the making of a road in Penobscot County, reported by the Committee on State Roads " in favor of Robert Burns, reported by the Committee on Military Pensions " granting a pension to David Sevey reported by the Committee on Military Pensions, Bill to incorporate the Turner Centre Bridge, reported by the Joint Standing Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals, were severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary to enquire whether any further provision is necessary in the law relating to the commencement and prosecution of actions of Replevin. Read and passed in concurrence.
