A message was received from the House of Representatives informing the Senate that the House had reconsidered the vote whereby they accepted the report of the Committee on the petition of Abraham Morrill and others and recommitted the same; whereupon the Senate recede from the vote by which they accepted said report and recommit the same in concurrence.
