154 the next Legislature, on sundry petitions of several towns in the county of Oxford, also sundry petitions of several towns in the county of Somerset, praying to be set off from said Counties and annexed to the County of Kennebec, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed, Resolve respecting land on the Isle of Holt, and the same was finally passed.

The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed from the original, Bill to incorporate Falmouth Academy, Bill to incorporate the Bucksport and Calais Stage Company, Bill to incorporate the town of Marion, Bill to incorporate the town of Stoneham, Bill to prohibit minors from the practice of law, Bill additional to an act regulating Judicial Process and Proceedings, Bill to increase the Capital Stock of the Manufacturer's and Trader's Bank, Bill in addition to an act entitled an act to incorporate the Canal Ban, and the same were severally passed to be enacted.
