120. Bill - additional to an Act to incorporate the Commercial Bank was read a third time and recommitted - sent up for concurrence.

Bill - for the preservation of Rumford Bridge came from the Senate for concurrence, they insisting upon their former vote passing the same to be engrossed - and the House insist upon their former vote passing the Bill to be engrossed as amended - propose a conference and appoint as conferees on their part, Messrs Chase of Milton, Parris and Bolster - sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Sewall Watson, came from the Senate for concurrence, they insisting upon their vote passing the Resolve to be engrossed - and the House insist upon their vote, postponing the same indefinitely - propose a conference and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs Smith of Westbrook, Lord of South Berwick and Phelps of Fairfield - sent up for concurrence.

And the House adjourned.
