Mr Warren moved the reconsideration of the vote by which the Senate concurred with the House in the indefinite postponement of an order relative to the Northeastern Boundary, and the question being ordered to be taken by Yeas and Nays, was decided in the negative as follows, viz; Yeas, Messrs. Bill additional to an Act to incorporate the Commercial Bank, came up from the House recommitted, for concurrence, and the Senate concur with the House in recommitting the same.
