Bill to incorporate the Emerson Sluice Company, ( reported by the same Committee to which said Bill had been recommitted, Bill additional to provide for the packing & inspection of pickled and smoked fish, ( reported in the House in a new draft, by the Committee on Interior Fisheries, severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed, Resolve establishing a Board of Internal Improvements, " in favor of Nathaniel Stevens, " respecting the State Prison, " for the aid of the Deaf and Dumb, and the same were severally, finally passed.
