The Committee on Banks and Banking to whom was recommitted a Bill additional to an Act to incorporate the Commercial Bank; reported said Bill as taken into a new draft, and the same was passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

A message was received from the House informing the Senate that the House have added Messrs. Woodman of Buxton, Clapp of Portland, Holmes of Jay, Parlin of Concord Clapp of Hampton, Bartlette of Orono & Webster of Belfast, to the Committee to whom was referred the order relative to removing the State House; and also that Messrs Chadwick of Gardiner and Frost of Standish had been added to the Committee to whom was referred an Order relative to enlarging the jurisdiction of certain Justices of the Peace.
