Bill to incorporate the Frontier Bank came up from the House amended. The Senate recede from their vote passing said Bill to engrossed, adopt the amendment proposed by the House, and pass the same to be engrossed as amended, in concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Cherryfield Boom Corporation, reported in a new draft in the House by the Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals, to which said Bill was recommitted, Bill to exempt certain implements of husbandry from attachment and execution, and from distress for taxes, reported by the Committee to which was referred an order relative to that subject, severally read once, and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.
