The Report of the joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary to whom was referred a Bill to establish the fees of Clerks of Courts and giving further remedies on Clerks Bonds, that said Bill ought not to pass, came up from the House accepted for concurrence. Read and accepted in concurrence.

Bill to legalize the Study of Anatomy in certain cases, and to protect the Sepulchres of the dead, reported by the joint Select Committee to whom was referred so much of the Governor's Message as relates to legalizing the Study of Anatomy, together with sundry petitions on the subject was read once, and laid on the table, and three hundred copies ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature.

The Remonstrance of John Hussey and others against the petition of C. Turner and others for a Bridge over tide waters of the East Branch of Sheepscot River. Read and referred to the joint Standing Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals in concurrence.

Mr Cobb from the joint Select Committee on Division and alteration of Counties, reported reference to the next Legislature on the petition of the Inhabitants of Farmington and others. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
