Mr Williamson from the joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary to whom was referred an order relative to repealing the provision of a law requiring duties to be paid by Sheriffs, Clerks of Courts and other officers &c; reported legislation inexpedient. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
