Petition of the Dover and Effingham Stage Company to be incorporated, read and referred to the Committee on Manufactures in concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Bowman's Pont Horse Ferry Company was read a second time and the question of passing said Bill to be engrossed, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided on the affirmative as follows, to wit.
