Bill - in addition to an Act to incorporate the town of Pembroke - was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft in concurrence with the Senate - sent up.

Petition of John Smith - - of John Maginnis - each praying for change of name were severally read and referred to the Committee on change of name.

Bill - to prescribe the mode of making highways - was read a second time and Tuesday next at ten o'clock assigned for a third reading.
