A communication from Roscoe G. Greene Secretary of State, in relation to appropriations for State Roads and Bridges in answer to an order from the Legislature was read and referred to the Committee on State Roads, and three hundred copies ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill relating to lottery grants; Bill to incorporate the South West Bend Stage Company; Severally read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

The message from the Governor laid on the table yesterday, was read and referred together with the accompanying documents to the joint Standing Committee on State Buildings. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to authorize the building of a road and bridge over tide waters in Harpswell. Read twice and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

The Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals, to whom was recommitted a Bill to incorporate the proprietors of Kendalls Mill Bridge; reported the same as amended. Read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

The Senate reconsider the vote whereby they accepted the Report of the Committee
