Mr Keith obtained leave of absence from and after Thursday next.

Mr Hamlin obtained leave of absence from and after tomorrow.

Mr Pease from the joint standing committee on Interior Fisheries, reported leave to withdraw on the petition of the Inhabitants of the town of Lincolnville; and also the petition of Joseph Miller and others. Severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The petition of Mark Andrews and others to be incorporated as a Banking Company. Read and referred to the joint standing committee on Banks and Banking in concurrence.

Bill for the prevention of frauds in the sale of Oils. Read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve for the reimbursement of expences incurred for the purpose of preventing the introduction of the Asiatic Cholera into this State. Read a second time, and the question on passing the same to be engrossed, being ordered to be taken by Yeas and Nays, was decided in the affirmative as follows; Yeas. Messrs.
