Bill an additional Act to incorporate the Baring Budge, reported in the House by the committee on the petition of Henry Richard and others, was read once, and Monday next at 10 oclock was assigned for a 2nd reading

Leave to withdraw was reported on the petition of David Frask and the report was accepted in concurrence with the Senate
