Resolve in favor of Oliver Frost laid on the table by Mr Cobb, was read once and indefinitely postponed.

Bill additional regulating elections, was read once, and committed to the Committee on the Judiciary in concurrence.

Resolve for the assistance of the Deaf and Dumb read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence

Bill providing for the election of County Commissioners; read twice, referred to the next Legislature, and ordered to be printed in all the Newspapers which publish the Laws of the State. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill requiring Inspectors of smoked and pickled Fish, to make annual returns of Inspection; read twice and passed to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.

Resolve relative to the Public Laws, came from the House, the House insisting on their vote indefinitely postponing the same. The Senate insist on their vote passing said Resolve to be engrossed as amended, propose a Conference, and appoint as Conferees Messrs Williamson and Cogswell. Sent down for concurrence. The House nonconcur and adhere.
