Bill - An Act additional to an Act to incorporate the town of Naples, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Union Academy at Kennebunk was read a second time & passed to be engrossed.

Bill - An Act in addition to an act to incorporate the City of Bangor, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed as amended in sheet B. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed "Resolve for the payment of Accounts against the State," which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to apportion & assess on the inhabitants of this State a tax of Fifty thousand four hundred, eight dollars & eighteen cents was read a 3d time and amended as on sheet annexed marked F. and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Mark Harris late State Treasure, laid on the table by Mr Abbot of Vassallboro' was read once and Tuesday next at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill - An Act to prevent the destruction of Pickerel in McGurdy's Pond situated in Chesterville, Vienna and New Sharon, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
