90 Bill to incorporate the town of Bradley, was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a third reading.

Bill to incorporate the town of Enfield, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to incorporate the town of Edingburg, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - to annex part of the territory north of Albion in the county of Kennebec to said town, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - to annex certain land belonging to Jonas Jordan to the town of Raymond was read a 1st & 2nd time and tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill - an additional act to increase the salary of the Register of Probate for the County of Penobscot, was read a second time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Resolve in favor of Israel Davis & Jacob M. Russell was read once & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 2nd reading.

Bill - an act relative to the safe keeping of persons lunatic or furiously mad, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a third reading.

On motion of Mr. Sabine of Eastport, Ordered, That the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of so amending
