Bill - An Act to reduce the toll of Back Cove Bridge, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - An Act in addition to an act entitled an act to regulate the survey of lumber in the County of Penobscot, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An act to regulate Banks by prohibiting the emission and circulation of Bank bills or notes of a small denomination, came from the Senate amended as in new draft for concurrence - and the House passed the Bill as this amended, to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate - and the question was taken by yeas & nays and decided in the affirmative as follows yeas 90. nays 52.
