Report on the petition of Charles O Emerson agent for the first Parish in York, granting an order of Notice, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Report of the committee on an order of Feb 24th relative to an alteration of the law for imprisonment for debt, that legislation on the subject is inexpedient was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Report of the committee on an order of 23rd Feb on the expediency of passing a law regulating the flowing of meadow lands owned in common, that legislation on the subject is inexpedient, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Mr Ruggles from the Committee on the Judiciary to whom the subject was referred, reported in a new draft

Bill an additional act respecting Inholders, Retailers and Common Victuallers, which was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading, and 200 copies thereof ordered to be printed for the use of the members

Bill an additional act regulating Judicial Process & proceedings reported by the committee on the Judiciary in this House, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill extending the provisions of the act relating to Social, Military & Law Libraries, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve authorizing the Adjutant General to distribute copies of the Abstract of Infantry Tactics and system of exercise & instruction of Field Artillery, was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve respecting Musical Instruments, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
