220 whereas contrary to the general usage which has hitherto prevailed between the two House, the Senate after adhering to their previous votes have refused to appoint Conferees - Therefore Ordered, That the Conferees appointed on the part of this House be discharged from further duty - read & passed.
Resolve providing compensation for certain officers, was read once and indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.
The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve on the pay Roll of the House of Representatives which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
