On Motion of Mr. Robinson of Hallowell Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of repealing an Act approved March 12th 1831 entitled an additional act defineing [defining] the powers of the Judicial Courts in granting reviews and for other purposes Read and passed sent up for concurrance [concurrence]

The Committee on Elections to whom was referred an order to enquire if there are any person or persons now holding seats in this House whose names are not borne on the list of members by them reported made a Report which was read and accepted
