90 Monday January 26, 1835

Remonstrance of Levi Dickerson and others against the petition of Benjamin Holbrook and others praying to set off a part of Starks and annex it to Mercer - read and referred to the Committee on Division of Towns, in concurrence.

Petition of the Selectmen of Liberty,

of Timothy Copp and others for aid in making road in the town of Liberty came up from the House of Representatives referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, The Senate nonconcur the House in their reference, and refer the same to a Joint Select Committee, consisting on the part of the Senate, of Messrs Prescott and Clark, with such as the House may join.
 Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred, and Messrs Pillsbury of Bucksport, Lowell of E Machais and Emery of Montville are joined.

Petition of inhabitants of Brownfield for leave to cut a channel from Sheperds River to Saco River, read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, in concurrence.

Petition of Inhabitants of Albany for the enactment of a law prohibiting the carrying of more than three thousand pounds on narrow rimmed wheels in said town; of William Pullen for divorce from his wife severally read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, in concurrence.

Petition of Thomas A Hill and others for a
