Petition of John Francis and Sebattis Neptune in behalf of the Passamaquoddy Tribe of Indians for an appropriation of the proceeds of their lands for the purpose of building a Church for said Tribe; read and referred to the Committee on State Lands. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
