Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of modifying the original Jurisdiction of the Courts and otherwise revising and altering the criminal Law - sent up for con.

On motion by the same Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of increasing the number of Justices of the Supreme Judicial Court and Court of Common Pleas. Sent up for concurrence.
