Bill - An act to regulate Banks by prohibiting the emission and circulation of Bank bills on notes of a small denomination, came from the Senate amended as in new draft for concurrence - and the House assigned tomorrow at 10 oclock to take up the consideration of the subject.

Resolve in favor of Samuel Moulton was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve authorizing the Secretary of State to furnish the Adjutant general with Greenleaf's and Fairfield's Report, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve making appropriations for certain Military purposes, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve for the erection of a Gunhouse in Noridgewock, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate

Resolve relating to the publication of special of Private Acts and of Resolves was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate
