Said Resolve was read a second time, and the question of passing said Resolve to be engrossed, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided in the affirmative, as follows to wit; Yeas. Allen, Bridgham, Brown, Cobb, Farnham, Farnsworth, Frye, Groton, Howard, Kelsey, Labaree, Manning, Pierce, Porter, Rogers, Smith and Williamson - 17. Nays. Messrs.
