326 Monday. March 7, 1836

 Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of enlarging the power of Judges of Probate in relation to the sale and investment of proceeds of lands of minors and persons noncompos read and passed in concurrence.
 Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Committee on Accounts to allow Brigade Inspectors and Adjutants of Regiments the amount of pay provided by law; notwithstanding they may not have made their returns within the time therein specified; provided such returns were made in season for the Adjutant General to make his return - read and passed in concurrence.
