Report on the order of the 15th of January relative to Lotteries - and on the petition of David Perham and others, that legislation on those subjects is inexpedient, was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed. Resolve An additional Resolve for the payment of Accounts against the State. - providing for opening a road over a part of the Mattawamkeag Indian Township - to protect the State Buildings against injury from Fire - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the petition of the Proprietors of the Baptist Parsonage in Shapleigh, that legislation is inexpedient, was read and accepted in concurrence.

Report of the committee on the order of the 11th of March relative to fees receivable by Clerks of Courts asking to be discharged from any further consideration of the subject, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Report on the order of Feby 3d in relation to an amendment of the laws on the subject of gambling, referring the same to the consideration of the next Legislature was read and accepted in concurrence.
