119 Monday, February 2, 1835

On motion of Mr Fish, the Senate reconsider their vote of Friday last, whereby they accepted the report of the Committee on Banks and Banking giving leave to withdraw on petition of James Thomas and others, and recommit the same.

  Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
