191 Bill an additional act providing for the punishment of certain crimes and for the prevention thereof reported by Mr Abbot of Vassalboro from the committee to whom was referred the subject of the abolition of capital punishment was read and twice and laid on the table & 1000 copies of the same together with the report ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature.
