Resolve An additional Resolve relating to the Blind, was read a second time and referred to the joint select Committee on the subject of the Insane Hospital ect. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve providing for Clerkhire in the Adjutant Generals Office, was read a 2nd time and recommitted to the Committee on the Militia with instructions to Report a statement of facts including the amount paid the Adjutant General yearly since the year 1821. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An further regulating Banks and Banking laid on the table by Mr Hamlin of Hampden, was read twice and referred to the Committee on Banks and Banking with instructions to report tomorrow morning. Sent up for concurrence.
