Met according to adjournment.

Report on petition of Nathaniel Dingley & als, ordering notice, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Report on petition of Sewall Watson, granting to withdraw, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve relating to the election of Senators, was read, and amended as on slip annexed marked A and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Communications were received from Jabez Bradbury & Thomas Crocker signifying their acceptance as Counsellors.

A message was received from the Senate proposing a convention of the two Houses in the Representatives Chamber at 11 o clock this day for the purpose of qualifying Jabez Bradbury & Thomas Crocker - Counsellors elect - and the House concurred and the Clerk by message acquainted the Senate therewith.

Report of the committee on the order moved by Mr Phelps on the 15th inst. on the subject of Lotteries, that the subject be referred to a joint select committee came from the Senate accepted & referred to Messrs Randall, Greene of York & Mantor with such as the House may join. The House concurred & Messrs Phelps of Fairfield, Foster of Pembroke, Vose of Castine, O'Brien of Brunswick, and Pattee of Waterford were joined.
