262 Report on petition of Proprietors of the Baptist Parsonage in Shapleigh came up from the House referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and the same, on motion of Mr Bartlett, was ordered to lie on the table.

Bill additional relative to laying out and making highways reported in new draft by Mr Emmons from the Committee on the Judiciary to which said Bill had been referred additional to promote the sale and settlement of Public Lands reported by Mr Fish from the Committee on State Lands, to which was referred so much of the Governors Message as relates to that subject, and also the Land Agents report, Resolve making appropriations for certain Military purposes, reported by Mr Greene of York from the Committee on the Militia on part of the Adjutant Generals Report severally read once and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading
