Resolve further providing for the promulgation of the Laws of the State was read the second time and the same on motion of Mr. Talbot was ordered to lie on the table.

On motion of Mr. Johnson the Senate dispensed with the eighth Rule (relative to reconsideration of votes) so far as to reconsider the vote of Monday last, whereby they passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.
