261. Mr. Prescott, from the Committee on Claims, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Hiram A. Hill - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The Senate, on motion of Mr. Barnard, reconsider the vote whereby they ordered to lie on the table "Bill in addition to an Act regulating Judicial Process and Proceedings, till tomorrow at ten o'clock," amend the same, and pass said Bill to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Emmons, from the Committee on the Judiciary reported legislation inexpedient on an order relative to the Municipal Court in Portland -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The report of the Committee on Manufactures giving leave to withdraw on petition of James Crosby and others, came up from the House recommitted with special instructions. The Senate nonconcur the House in their recommitment and refer the same to the Delegation from Penobscot County. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
