230. Friday, February 27,1835. Mr. Tobin, from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, reported notice to next Legislature on petition of Johnson Lunt and others - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Chandler, from the Committee on Banks and Banking, reported reference to next Legislature on petition of John Brown and others -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Smith, from the Joint Select Committee to which was referred an order directing them to inquire when the Legislature may have a recess, reported that the Legislature may have a recess after the twelfth of March next - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals reported reference to next Legislature on petition of David Bronson and others and leave to withdraw on petition of Abijah Smith and others - read and accepted, in concurrence.

The same Committee, to which was referred the petition of C.C. Wilcox and others, made a report asking to be discharged from the further consideration thereof, and recommend the reference of the same to the Committee on the Judiciary -- read and accepted in concurrence.
