235. Saturday, February 28,1835. Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency or importance of so amending or changing the language of the 1st section of an additional Act respecting the qualification of voters in town affairs, approved February 6,1833, that the same be more explicit, or inadmissable of different constructions - read and passed, in concurrence.

Petition of John White and others, praying for an alteration in the toll of the Moosehead Dam Company, " of Ichabod Jordan and others to allow County Commissioners to lay a Bridge over tide waters in Saco River, Remonstrance of John Hupper and others, " of Robert Gillchrist and others, " of M.R. Ludwig and others, " of John Ruggles and another against the petition of John Creighton and others for leave to build a bridge across George's River - severally read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, in concurrence.
