357 Resolve in favor of the Road from Moosehead Lake to Brighton was read the second time, and the same on motion of Mr. Latham was laid upon the table.

Bill additional to an Act to regulate the taking of Alewives in the town of Woolwich was read the second time, and the same, on motion of Mr. Fish, was laid upon the table.

Mr. Talbot, from the Committee on Roads and Bridges, reported that said Committee had attended to all the business committed to them, and asked to be discharged from any further business on said Committee during the remainder of the session - read and accepted.

Bill to incorporated the Maine Scienite Company - to incorporate the Hollis Granite Company repealing an act entitled an act requiring a sluiceway to be constructed on the Meduxnekeag stream and for other purposes, to prohibit agencies for Banks out of the State, private Banking and to regulate Banks and Banking Resolve to legalize certain official acts of Timothy Copp, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed.
