Lincoln and others ) House in favor of Westbrook Seminary ( reported by same Committee, on petition of James C. Churchill and others ) severally read once and indefinitely postponed, in concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Lewiston Academy (reported in the House by the Committee in Literature and Literary Institutions, on an order relative to making an appropriation for said Academy ) came up indefinitely postponed; and the question of indefinite postponement, in concurrence, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided in the affirmative, as follows, to wit:
