this present treaty had not been made. ____ Saving and excepting the two acres of land, which were by the treaty of June twenty ninth one thousand eight hundred and eighteen, to be purchased for the use of said tribe, in the town of Brewer, the performance of which, has been relinquished by the said tribe to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
