Item. My will further is, that all other Estate both real & personal, not herein before mentioned, be equally divided between my three sons before named, they equally paying all my just debts and funeral charges, and the above mentioned legacies when due.

In the last place I appoint and ordain my wife, Mary Haggens, and my son John Haggens Executors of this my last will and testament, renouncing and making void all or any other will or wills by me before made, ratifying and confirming this and this only to be my last Will & Testament. -- I witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above men- tioned~.

Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Tilley Haggens, to be his last Will and Testament, in presence of Jonathan Hamilton, Saml. Pray Benjamin Abbot, Caleb Emery.

York, ss. September 16th, 1777. The Will aforesaid was this day proved by the oaths of Jonathan Hamilton, Samuel Pray and Benjamin Abbott, in common form.
