While we Continue in the present Position the post Rider will leave camp at noon every Thursday instead of Fryday [Friday] morning Letters must therefore be handed to the post Office (at the park) in time for the mail to be made up at that Hour

At a General Court Martial of the Line Fish Kill Octr. 23th 1780, Colo. Hazen President Colo. Elisha Shelden of the 2d Regiment of Light Dragoons was tried on the following Charges

1st Injuring the publick [public] Service by Discharging without proper Authority from [2nd?] Regiment a Number of Men Inlisted, Upon Continental Bounty and Encouragements to Serve [?] the War
