That their be one Capt. and two Subatt[?] to each Company and that the Four Supernumerary Subatt[?] shall each have the Ranks of Lt. One of which is to Reside in the State to which he Belongs to Inlist and forward Recruits One Drum and Fife to attend the Recruiting officer, The Other Three Supernumerary officers to Do the Duty of Paymaster Qr. Master and Adjutant in their Respective Regiment
And that the Regiment of Artificers Consist of Eight Companies and each Company of 60 non Commissioned Officers and Privates
That the whole of the Troops be inlisted [enlisted] During the War and Join their Respective Chores by the 1st Day of Jan'y next
That the Several States furnish the following Quotas (Viz)
