Isaac S Small and Noah Barker surveyed the Exterior Lines of townships lying North of the No 15 in the 8th 9th 10th 11th & 12th ranges and Townships lying North of the No 13 in the 13th 14th 15th & 16th ranges of Townships West from the East Line of the State. With the Exception of the NW Lines of those townships lying upon the Boundary line and the Northerly & Easterly lines of those townships lying upon the St Francis River, and the St John and with the exception of the Line dividing the Townships 14 & about 5 miles of the Line dividing the Townships 15 in the 14th & 15th in ranges 16, 15 and a part of 14, which was left for subsequent surveys.
