Ephraim Ballard surveyed the Kennebec River from a point 1 ½ miles above Norridgewock Point to the mouth of the Cobbosseeconte [Cobbosseecontee], a part of Sebasticook River, the mouth of Wesserunset [Wesserunsett] Stream, Sandy River from the South West Line of Starks to its mouth, Androscoggin River from the interior of Livermore to 20 mile Falls, also the Boundary Line between the unappropriated Lands of the State and the Northerly part of the Kennebec Purchase, and also some parts of streams & Ponds, Plan in Book No 2.

Lottery Townships]
John Peters surveyed the North Lines of Townships No 8 to 13 inc, the West Lines of the same Townships. The Line running North from the North West corner of Township No 8 middle division to the N West corner of Township No 38, middle division being the West Lines of Townships No 14, 20, 26, 32 &38, middle division, the North Line of Township No 38 middle division and 2, 3, 4 5 & 6 in the Northern division and a part of No 27, to Schoodic Lake, the West Line of No 2 & the East Line of No 6 North division of the Lottery Lands.
This place shows all that tract south of the North Line and East of the West Line of the Lottery Lands to the Ocean and to the East Boundary of the State
