Andrew Witham forty eight votes and for George Ulmer and Leonard Jarvis six votes - without distinguishing the number given for each of them severally.

The committee of both Houses, to whom was committed the return of votes for Governor, given in the several towns and Plantations within this State have attended to that service and ask leave respectfully to Report, that they find the whole number of votes given in the several towns and plantations, which have been duly returned to the Office of Secretary of State protem to be twenty two thousand nine hundred and fourteen - Necessary to a choice, Eleven thousand, four hundred and fifty eight and that Hon William King [name and title bold] has twenty one thousand and eighty three votes and he is chosen - and the committee further report that they find no return from the town of Greenwood in the County of Oxford. All which is submitted William Moody per order
