[State Valuation order-- on] Order on the "State Valuation" came down endorsed-- "In Senate June 28th 1820 Messrs Seaver, Foxcroft, Rose, Gage, Kendall and Williamson are appointed on the Committee named in the within Order on the part of the Senate. Sent down to be joined. Messrs Burnham of Unity, Morrill of Monmouth, Dennett of Kittery, Elden of Buxton[,] Balch of Lubec, Burgin of Eastport, Merrill of Topsham, Miller of St George, Greenleaf of Portland, Russell of Northyarmouth, Howard of Brownfield, Turner of Turner, Wilson of Bingham, Bixby of Cornville, Johnson of Belfast, Hutchings of Penobscot, and Nourse of Orrington are joined on the part of the House.

[Resolve-- manner of deciding questions by Committee on Valuation &] Resolve, that in all questions which may be decided by the committee on the Valuation, appointed this day, no County shall be entitled to a greater number of votes, than said County is entitled to, at the the Senate Board of this State. Read and passed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report on petition of Waterborough &c &c--] Committee on the petition of Selectmen of Waterboro' and others-- praying for the allowance of Sundry pauper accounts-- report-- that the same be referred to the next Session of this Legislature. In Senate June 28 1820 Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Read & concurred.
